Refund Policy

Payments for FastFingers subscriptions are not refundable once the billing period has started, because access to the ad-free service begins immediately. If you no longer want the subscription, cancel it — that stops the next renewal, and you keep ad-free access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.

Cancel any time from your settings page under Subscription, or from the receipt email Paddle sends after each payment. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period — nothing is charged after that, and your account, results and lesson progress are untouched.

We will refund a payment in these cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same period.
• You were charged after cancelling, or without authorising the payment.
• A fault on our side meant the ad-free service did not work for a meaningful part of the period, and we could not fix it.

Contact us through the contact page using the email address from your receipt, and we will respond within 2 business days.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, at the price shown when you subscribed. Your renewal date is always visible on your settings page, and cancelling before that date prevents the next charge. If a renewal was charged after you had already cancelled, contact us and we will refund it.

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for every order, they handle billing enquiries directly and may issue a refund under their own buyer terms, independently of this policy. Contacting us first is usually quicker, but you are free to raise it with Paddle.

Refunds are issued by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, back to the original payment method. Paddle typically processes this within a few business days, though how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer. Ad-free access ends when the refund is issued.

Everything else on FastFingers — typing tests, games, lessons and the leaderboard — is free and always has been. There is nothing to refund on the free plan, and cancelling a subscription never removes your account, results or lesson progress.

This policy sits alongside your rights under consumer law, which it does not limit. Where your local law gives you a cancellation or refund right beyond what is described here, that right applies.
