FastFingers is operated by [PLACEHOLDER: registered business name], [PLACEHOLDER: registered address]. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “FastFingers” refer to that entity, and “you” refers to anyone using the site at fastfingers.in.

Typing tests, games, lessons and the leaderboard are free to use, with no account required for most features. You may use FastFingers for personal learning and practice. You may not scrape the site at scale, resell access, submit automated or falsified results to the leaderboard, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it in any way that breaks applicable law.

Creating an account lets you save results, track progress and appear on the leaderboard. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, including accounts submitting manipulated results.

FastFingers offers an optional paid subscription that removes advertising. Plans are billed monthly or annually at the prices shown on the pricing page, in your local currency where available and inclusive of applicable tax.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that period; we will give notice before any price change affecting your renewal.

You can cancel at any time from your settings page. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our refund policy for refunds.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries relating to billing and handles returns. Your payment details are provided directly to Paddle and are never sent to or stored by FastFingers. Paddle’s terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself.

FastFingers is funded by advertising for users on the free plan. Ads are served by third-party partners who may use cookies and similar technologies, as described in our privacy policy. An active subscription removes advertising across the site.

Typing results, lesson progress and any details you submit remain yours. You grant us permission to store and display them as part of running the service — for example showing your name and best speed on the public leaderboard. You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

We work to keep FastFingers available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features. Typing speed and accuracy measurements are provided for practice and self-assessment; they are not certified assessments and we make no guarantee about their suitability for any examination or employment purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastFingers is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes affecting paying subscribers will be notified by email or on the site before taking effect. These terms are governed by the laws of [PLACEHOLDER: governing jurisdiction], and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
